Board Up Kingz LLC is seeking skilled and safety-driven Roof Repair Technicians to join our Field Operations team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality roof repairs and tarping services on both pitched and flat roof systems. If you have hands‑on roofing experience, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting properties from damage, we want you on our team.

Perform professional roof repairs on pitched and flat roof systems and assist with emergency board‑ups.

Install and secure roof tarps for emergency protection.

Conduct roof inspections and assess repair needs.

Maintain job site safety and cleanliness.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Accurately document completed work and materials used.

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on roofing experience.

Proficiency in both flat and pitched roof systems.

Strong understanding of safety protocols for roofing and restoration work.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.

Reliable transportation and punctual work habits with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

DOT medical card is preferred.

Full‑Time

Monday–Friday

Weekend and overtime availability required as needed

On‑site at project locations throughout the service area with travel required as needed
