Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day – giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine.

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are looking to expand our team with talented and enthusiastic therapists who are interested in working to enhance the mental wellness of people within our community. NFS values your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns.

This is a great position for a newly licensed Master's level as we will provide supervision for Independent Licensure. Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets.

The In‑Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship of an employment visa is not available at this time.

• Full‑time salary: $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee‑for‑service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity
