What You’ll Do as a Delivery Associate/Foot CourierWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Walker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting packages efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a can do attitude, the ability to deliver packages effectively, and a commitment to safety. As a Delivery Associate/Foot Courier you’ll stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers Amazon packages to customers in your community.
Delivery Walker/Foot Courier Responsibilities- Shift Time:11:30am - 5pm daily (between 4-6 hours a day)
- Part time/Full time shifts available.
- Load hand trucks and deliver packages (up to 50 lbs.) on foot in all weather conditions, efficiently, safely and punctually
- Follow strict safety standards and practices throughout all delivery stages
- Operate a mobile phone for GPS and daily records of deliveries via Amazon Flex app
- Contact the customers, when necessary, in order to deliver their packages in a safe location/follow their direction
- Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- You can expect to report to the general area of Northend/China Town/South End
- We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the streets and the doorsteps of customers.
