We are seeking an Inventory Associate to track and monitor the maintenance of Drive Time vehicles throughout the reconditioning center.

• Track and monitor maintenance of vehicles.
• Perform inspections and work with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs or overall quality.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory and record daily inventory arriving from auctions.
• Prepare and move vehicles throughout the distribution for retail.
• Maintain a clean and organized area to avoid spills and hazards.

• Comfortable operating all vehicles in the reconditioning center.
• Perform inspections and keep detailed, accurate records of vehicle condition.
• Familiar with company cosmetic standards and ensure vehicles meet those standards.
• Practice safety in the workplace to eliminate hazards.
• Work cohesively with management and team members to repair or reject inventory.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Minimum age 18.

• Visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to move objects up to 60 pounds.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
• Work in environments that may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, or have fumes/odors.
• Communicate in English.
