Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator to facilitate and support supplier management initiatives. This individual will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Products, multiple business unit supplier management teams, and Sourcing & Procurement Operations to develop and implement supplier management projects. The role focuses on helping to drive processes, tools, reporting, policies, and metrics across the full supplier lifecycle.
The successful candidate will contribute to building and managing strong policies and processes, technology and tools, training programs, governance models, and a high standard of internal customer service.

Pay Range: $40-$50/hr
Duration: 9 months
- Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships and proactively engage stakeholders to drive adoption of supplier management initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of operational constraints and barriers to adoption, demonstrating strong operational knowledge of assigned process areas. Continuously problem-solve, innovate, and optimize supplier risk and performance management practices.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by conducting research and analysis, identifying root causes of key challenges, and developing practical, well-justified, and resource-efficient solutions to improve tooling, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for broader cross-functional engagement and support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements across the supplier lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications and training materials to educate, influence, and inform stakeholders on supplier management projects, processes, tools, data insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing, supplier management, supply chain, or third‑party risk management
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in process and project management or consulting environments
- Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing supplier risk and performance management solutions
- Hands‑on experience with procurement systems, processes, and tools
- Demonstrated success driving change and improving end-to-end processes
