Procurement Superintendent

Control and monitor the Purchase Order (PO) and Contract until goods and / or services delivered completely to Requestor Project. Lead procurement group and coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Project Management group in efficient and effective in order to support company in terms of delivering good practice (QCDSM) to Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics, company procedures and health, safety, environmental (SHE)

Monitor and control the overall order process including manage supplier relationship and performance to ensure order process are conform to company's system and procedures. Order processes are done in accordance to company's system and procedures.

Lead and monitor the implementation of the strategy development, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, performance monitoring, administrations and close out of contracts to ensure that all contracts and procurement activities are managed in compliance with company internal control standard audit and procedures. Asset finance operations are successfully managed.

Commercial evaluation of tenders and coordinate other elements of the evaluation process with end users in order to provide recommendations for award of business. Recommendations for award of business are successfully provided.

Lead team members to coordinate with across department function to analyze of potential usage of product manufacture/fabricator/direct distributor instead of general market particularly for goods in order to get price competitiveness. Managed to get price competitiveness.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

• Min. 7 years experiences in Procurement / Contract operation preferably in Mining, Construction and Oil and Gas industries.
• Good knowledge of quality the equipment/materials according to international standard specifications and subcontractor / service as well.
• Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specifications
• Sound knowledge of SCM (having knowledge of export import regulation, project management and / or contract management are advantages)
• Able to maintain and uphold work and business ethics.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
• Vendor / supplier / subcontractor meetings and visits.
• Time manageable, target oriented and able to facing under pressure and urgent basis.

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 8.
