About Super Age & The Role
Super Age is a new consumer brand focus on vital longevity – the lifestyle associated with living a long and happy life. Our flagship newsletter,
The Mindset
, has over 1M subscribers. This year we are launching two ambitious new offerings: a flagship IRL fitness competition called the Super Age Games, and a versatile training hub called The Super Age Standard. Both of these offerings will welcome a new type of community member into our world:
Super Age athletes, people who are training and competing using our methodology, protocols, and objectives.
As the Athlete Experience Lead at Super Age, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the journeys of our athletes participating in our immersive IRL event – the Super Age Games – and our digital community training platform, The Standard. Your responsibility is to ensure that every athlete feels valued, supported, and empowered as they engage with our brand, extending their healthspan through engagement and offerings, and enhancing their overall experience.
You will be both a partner to, and advocate for, our athletes as we design programming and offerings for them.
