Senior Product Manager Platform

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Payments & Platform tribe. In this role you will own the product management for our payment products (EDC, QRIS, digital transfers, bill payments).

You will manage an end-to-end product development and be accountable for delivery across multiple product lines. You will also be a player — leading critical initiatives yourself.

• Own Payments & Platform Strategy:
  Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for payment products across Indonesia and Philippines
• Cross-Tribe Alignment:
  Ensure Payments & Platform roadmap aligns with other tribes
• Player-Coach:
  Lead critical initiatives directly, especially for strategic or projects
• Stakeholder Management:
  Partner with Engineering, Business, Operations, and external partners to deliver on roadmap
• Delivery Accountability:
  Ensure the tribe delivers on committed roadmap with quality and predictability

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Proven track record of delivering payment products at scale
• Deep understanding of payment systems, APIs, settlement, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with consumer or SMB products (B2C or B2B2C)
• Strong technical depth — can engage with engineering on architecture decisions
• Data driven and strong analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in agile methodologies

Prior experience in leveraging AI or building products with AI strongly preferred. Specifically for this role, you will be partnering with the Head of Product to build capabilities, framework and systems for a successful AI implementation within product function.
