The National Guard Bureau (NGB) J1 Warrior Resilience and Fitness (WRF) Division requires a contracted team to manage the implementation of the National Guard (NG) Connectedness and Relationship Education (CARE) System. This includes planning and execution of site visits, trainings, briefings, marketing campaigns, implementation and evaluation plans. The team works with the WRF Partnerships and Programs Branch and NG CARES Director.

Job Description

Interactive Government Holdings Inc. (IGH) seeks a qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as the Data Analyst for the National Guard Connectedness and Relationship Education System.

Major Responsibilities (not all inclusive)
  • Plan, design, develop, and perform quality assessments on data elements.
  • Respond quickly, accurately, and thoroughly to internal and external inquiries.
  • Prepare data visualizations to support program leadership in presentations and senior leader decision‑making, including Power BI or other data tools and dashboards.
  • Evaluate new and existing data for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Prepare ad hoc data analyses and reports for various programs within the system.
  • Maintain accurate data files and records to enable management to track program progress/status.
  • Review tools and processes to ensure optimal data collection.
  • Receive and analyze data from different sources and normalize as appropriate.
  • Meet timelines for administrative tasks, activities, and events.
  • Collect, assimilate, and showcase data to objectively support lines of effort and resource funding.
  • Create/coordinate online registration for events that require registration using Army 365 and Microsoft Forms.
  • Attend all meetings, present trainings and reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal/external networks to obtain resources for events, manuals, supplies, and materials.
  • Provide monthly documents and reports that are accurate and meet the 1st of each month deadline 98% of the time.
  • Demonstrate experience with the military through prior or current service, membership in a military family, or service as a military family volunteer.
  • Possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license and a personally owned vehicle usable for travel.
  • Show flexibility with working schedule due to occasional uncommon tour of duty.
  • Prepare for anticipated travel for training, including regional and national events; mileage reimbursed per JTR.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent of four years of related experience, or combination of both.
  • Strong problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive and innovative thinking and planning.
  • Confidentiality and data protection awareness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience with business analysis and design, data modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Strong analytic skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights.
  • Technical writing and presenting experience.
  • Quick learner, flexible and adaptive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with audiences at all management levels.
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, complex, multi‑task virtual environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
