Operations Assistant Internship

Herohub is looking for a motivated intern who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and making processes more efficient. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work on real projects that help improve how our business operates.

• Help plan company events, meetings, and trainings
• Build reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets
• Organize and maintain CRM and business data
• Research software features, AI tools, and process improvements
• Create and update SOPs and training materials
• Assist with special operations projects across the company

• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
• Quick to learn new technology and software
• Takes initiative and enjoys improving processes
• Positive attitude and enjoys working on a variety of projects
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
