Job Description
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully directly under the supervision of the Member Service Transformation Manager.

Organizational Effectiveness
* Assist Member Service Transformation Manager with system rollouts, including change management and communication planning.
* Conduct focus groups with different branch teams on effectiveness of new systems.
* Research industry best practices for branch operations and present findings to senior branch leadership.
* Analyze data and review organization financials to determine profitability of the branches.
* Make recommendations on goal structure for branch team members.
* Shadow Branch Leaders in branch operations.

Team Member Development Perform needs analysis and review resources to ensure learning and development plans exist or are developed to support learning needs based upon culture, competencies, organizational strategy, and company goals.

May also assist in reviewing employee engagement data to make recommendations on improving culture within specific teams.
