Strategic Cost Program Manager - Construction

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. This role is responsible for driving and implementing cross‑functional cost objectives and plans to achieve project cost targets aligned with strategic objectives.

• Develop and manage comprehensive cost control strategies for construction projects to achieve overall construction project cost targets.
• Drive program metrics and develop key indicators and objectives to measure and monitor cost performance.
• Report on project status, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
• Create and implement a framework for continuous improvement in construction cost analysis, ensuring competitive cost negotiations for Procurement Category teams.
• Identify and analyze cost irregularities and trends.
• Work with business analytics and smart manufacturing teams to develop tools for maintaining, tracking, and reporting key cost data to drive decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management or a related occupation.
