Construction Superintendent

Trellis Development is looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and tenant improvement projects across southeast Idaho. This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone who takes ownership of the job site from mobilization through closeout.

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction and TI projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on site
• Communicate daily with project management on progress, issues, and schedule
• Maintain daily logs, punch lists, and site documentation
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and AHJs

• 2–5 years of experience as a superintendent or lead field supervisor on commercial projects
• Strong working knowledge of commercial construction sequencing, trades coordination, and code requirements
• Ability to read plans/specs and manage multiple trades on site
• Clear communicator, organized, and comfortable managing a fast‑paced schedule
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across southeast Idaho
