American Creative Director
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Website Designer who combines refined visual taste with strong structural thinking.
You will lead the design of high-performing websites for US-based clients in architecture, interior design, and premium brand categories. This role requires both aesthetic sensitivity and performance awareness — balancing beauty, clarity, usability, and conversion.
You will not simply create pages; you will design systems that scale across templates, components, and evolving brand needs.
What You’ll Work On- Designing full website experiences (homepages, service pages, landing pages, blogs)
- Creating structured layout systems and reusable design components
- Translating brand identity into cohesive digital experiences
- Designing for conversion, clarity, and performance
- Optimizing layouts for SEO performance
- Preparing design assets and specifications for Word Press implementation
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance research, wire framing, iteration, and efficiency — while maintaining full creative control
You will be encouraged to:
- Make strong visual decisions independently
- Balance aesthetics with usability and business objectives
- Build scalable systems, not one-off designs
- Use AI as augmentation, not substitution
- Figma (primary), and/or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Layout systems, typography, grid structures, and visual hierarchy
- UX principles and interaction design
- Designing for responsive Word Press (and other) environments
- AI-assisted design workflows and research tools
Coding is not required, but a clear understanding of how design translates into responsive, high-quality website builds is essential.
We value tool mastery paired with judgment. Automation without taste is not sufficient.
Who This Role Is ForStrong candidates typically:
- Have 4+ years of professional web design experience
- Demonstrate refined aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- Produce work aligned with US-market design standards
- Understand conversion-oriented design principles
- Are curious about AI and emerging design tools while maintaining independent creative control
- Think in systems, components, and long-term scalability
- Maintain high personal standards and require minimal supervision
- Direct exposure to US-market creative standards
- Opportunity to shape scalable Word Press design systems
- Performance-based financial upside tied to impact
- A high-trust, no-drama environment focused on quality over noise
