- Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of making the customer feel "delighted"
- Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will best serve them
- Accurately place telephone orders offering specials, promotions, and services that help meet customers
19 needs - Work independently and professionally
- Able to help customers in Spanish and English fluently
- Flexibility is a must in this position;
Full time is 20+ hours a week - Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
- Able to analyze problems
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Able to handle confidential information
- Able to type 30+ WPM
