• Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of making the customer feel "delighted"
• Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will best serve them
• Accurately place telephone orders offering specials, promotions, and services that help meet customers
  19 needs
• Work independently and professionally

• Able to help customers in Spanish and English fluently
• Flexibility is a must in this position;
  Full time is 20+ hours a week
• Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
• Able to analyze problems
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
• Able to handle confidential information
• Able to type 30+ WPM
