Member Service Representative

Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full‑time Member Service Representative for its Center Street Branch in Rexburg,  40‑hour position (Mon‑Fri, with Saturday as needed) pays $19.26 per hour, DOE.

• Assist members and potential members with credit union needs, explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, process financial transactions, and direct members to the appropriate staff.
• Actively engage in needs‑based selling.
• Resolve member issues in a timely manner.

• High school or equivalent education.
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• Typing proficiency on keyboard and calculator.
• Excellent communication skills.

Primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situations, operate routine office equipment, and routinely work on a computer for 6‑8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours when required or requested by management and maintain reliable attendance.

Routine indoor work in a climate‑controlled, shared work environment with moderate noise.
