ONE
80 INTERMEDIARIES INC is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to insureds, carriers, and partners. The CSR will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment. Key responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing requests, and participating in training to maintain product knowledge.
The compensation for this role is $17.50 per hour.
