Position Summary

The art department at BYU-Idaho is seeking qualified candidates to fill several new on-campus adjunct positions. The primary responsibility of these positions will be to teach face-to-face foundations drawing classes on campus.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree or higher in an art-related discipline.

* Must be able to teach face-to-face classes on campus in Rexburg.

* Must demonstrate proficiency in observational drawing technique.

* Must be conversant with basic drawing mediums such as graphite and charcoal.

Preferred Qualifications

* Candidates with the ability to teach figure drawing will receive special consideration

* Candidates with the skills to help out in the painting area as well will receive special consideration.

Dependent on education and experience.
