We're seeking a strategic storyteller to turn science into impact. As our National Educator
, you'll craft compelling training and content that empowers teams, excites health pros, and drives consumer trust. From webinars and retail trainings to social takeovers and live events, you’ll be the expert voice behind our innovation—translating product truth into brand power.

• Create educational materials based on product value, science, and consumer insights.
• Develop a content framework for various audiences: health practitioners, retail partners, and consumers.
• Become a subject matter expert on product science, ingredients, and formulations.
• Ensure all materials are compliant and substantiated with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Compliance, etc.) to create consistent training materials.
• Build and maintain onboarding materials and product launch content.
• Contribute messaging and content ideas that align with brand voice.
• Participate in innovation meetings and support social media educational content (e.g., webinars, IG Lives).

• Lead in-person and virtual training for internal teams, retailers, and health professionals.
• Host webinars and external trainings using tools like Zoom and Demio.
• Represent the brand at events, podcasts, media, and public speaking engagements.

• Manage content creation for educational platforms (e.g., Expert Voice) and store-level training.
• Communicate updates to field teams via digital channels.
• Support retail partners with custom training programs and materials.

• Build relationships with sales, retail, and practitioner networks to address training needs.
• Proactively identify and respond to education gaps in clinical and retail settings.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Travel: 50% travel around the US and Canada.

• 3+ years of RD experience or credentialed equivalent working either for brand, organization, or clinical experience preferred
• Deep understanding of health practitioner audiences and retail training environments, as you will be training for top retailers:
  Sprouts, NGVC, HEB, Fresh Thyme, Erewhon etc.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and claim substantiation requirements
