Missions

Organise and carries out the welcome and activities that contribute to the development of the child within the framework of the educational project of the service or structure. Technical activities: welcome of children, parents or parental substitutes; creation and implementation of the conditions necessary for the well-being of the children; help to the child in the acquisition of autonomy; elaboration and implementation of the projects of activities of the children;

implementation of the rules of safety and hygiene; participation in the elaboration of the project of the establishment.

- SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: specific ergonomics for the reception places of young children; notions of child psychology; principles of body hygiene (toilet, change, dressing, etc.); basic rules in dietetics and food hygiene of the young child; principles of indoor air quality and vigilance regarding the chemical composition of toys, bottles, hygiene and maintenance products.

- GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: active listening, communication and observation techniques; techniques of regulation and conflict resolution; social evolutions of the different forms of families; notions of regulation in terms of parental authority; educational and pedagogical project of the structure; principles of territorial organization.
