Photolithography Process Engineer
Position within Micron's Boise expansion team, focusing on photolithography process development to improve product quality, yield, and productivity.
Responsibilities- Develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and drive process yield improvements.
- Improve cost reduction, productivity, and risk management.
- Work with multi‑functional teams to resolve manufacturing line problems.
- Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to identify and resolve production issues.
- Use project management skills to complete milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
- Drive improvements across all SPC charts owned.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience working as Process Owner within Photolithography.
- BS or Master’s in an Engineering field, or equivalent military experience or A‑AS with 5+ years industry experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a meticulous approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data science and programming skills.
