Consumer Loan Clerk, Part-Time

Beehive Federal Credit Union has an opening for a part-time Consumer Loan Clerk to work at our Administration Building. This position works 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The successful candidate can choose to work either the morning or the afternoon shift. The expected pay is $18.45 per hour, DOE.

• Assist the consumer loan department in maintaining loan files, loan maintenance and collateral protection insurance.
• Corresponds with members and outside agencies to insure our security interested are protected.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

• Must be able to keep strict confidentiality.
• Must be able to offer prompt, clear, and accurate communications with members.
• Must be able to complete all documentation with promptness and accuracy.

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.

Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
