Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate/Analyst with the following essential duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Will handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions
- Will assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence
- Will prepare draft announcements, circulars and other relevant documents
- Will liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities in connection with the respective implementation of projects
- A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self‑motivated and a good team player
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
