Role Overview
The Crop Protection Rebate Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate net cost calculations, maintaining pricing integrity, and managing rebate programs effectively. This role supports reliable program setup, provides pricing oversight, and ensures high-quality data management while partnering cross‑functionally with Strategy, Finance, and Data Governance teams. The position focuses on analyzing and managing data related to purchases, sales, rebates, working capital, and total profit margins for Crop Protection products.
Through data analysis and reporting, this role drives insights and supports optimized financial performance. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with strong collaboration and process improvement capabilities.
- Deliver accurate and reliable net cost setup, maintenance, and validation across assigned programs.
- Monitor rebate program performance against defined goals and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
- Partner with Strategy and Finance teams to optimize program performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor pricing, rebate, and net cost performance.
- Perform in‑depth analysis to identify trends, variances, and key drivers impacting net cost, rebate performance, and profitability.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance reporting and data visibility based on business needs.
- Experience with data systems including Power BI, Power Apps, and Snowflake.
- Strong data management skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Process improvement and automation mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- 4‑year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (required).
- You are a strong communicator with verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- You can work independently with minimum supervision.
- You bring a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
- You enjoy collaborating and contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
- Base compensation ranges from $92,400 – $123,220, depending on location, skills, and experience. Salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
