Senior Tax Analyst / Tax Manager | Boise,  | Hybrid up to $120k + bonus/benefits

We're seeking a Senior Tax Analyst / Tax Manager to join a growing, PE-backed organization and take meaningful ownership of a lean, highly visible tax function.

This is not a narrow compliance role. You'll gain exposure across ASC 740/tax provision, M&A, income tax, sales & use tax, property tax, external advisor management, and strategic business initiatives.

• $110K-$120K base + 10% target bonus
• Broad ownership and direct exposure to Finance leadership
• M&A, acquisitions/divestitures & strategic tax projects
• Manage relationships with Big 4/external tax advisors
• Collaborative, fun, team-oriented culture
• Opportunity for a strong Senior to step up and grow

• Ability to independently manage projects and external advisors
• CPA and Big 4 experience are highly preferred, but not required
