Temple View Transitional Care is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program in Rexburg, will screen and treat patients with cognitive and ADL disorders, using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments to guide therapy.
As part of a dedicated team, you will deliver comprehensive rehabilitation and discharge planning, coordinate with families and caregivers, and document progress in the clinical record.
