Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and neurological patients.
Formulate individualized, goal-oriented plans of care (POC).
Complete documentation efficiently using modern EMR software and voice-dictation tools.
Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, functional recovery, and injury prevention.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate of Physical Therapy / DPT preferred; Master's accepted).
Licensure: Active (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho.
Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required.
Experience: Open to both experienced Orthopedic PTs and New Grad Physical Therapists.
Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and patient rapport.
