The Target Pay Range for this position is $ - $ annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications.

In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.

As a Sr Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted leader responsible for delivering critical technology and business initiatives that span multiple teams and departments. You’ll drive alignment across stakeholders, proactively manage risks, and create the structure needed for teams to execute successfully in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Your ability to influence, communicate, and navigate complexity will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organizational goals.

• Lead Enterprise-Wide Strategic Initiatives: Drive highly complex technology and business projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business outcomes.
• Establish Project Governance: Define project structure, scope, objectives, success metrics, and decision‑making frameworks to support effective execution and accountability.
• Develop and Execute Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource strategies, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise initiatives.
• Manage Project Financials: Oversee project budgets, forecasts, invoice approvals, and financial tracking to ensure responsible stewardship of project investments.
