Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional living experience for residents by working with the Maintenance Team, delivering outstanding customer service through daily interactions with residents, maintaining landscaping, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- On-call for snow removal and emergency work orders
