- Repair, South Fork Housing is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University
- Idaho in Rexburg, single-family housing.
Follow company safety standards and report issues.
Monitor and complete work orders to meet tenant expectations including:
- Appliance repair.
- Fire suppression system maintenance and operation.
- Operates lifts and other construction type equipment in maintaining the property.
- Carpet cleaning.
- Rotate on call with other maintenance techs.
- Addressing plumbing issues.
- Changing air filters and light bulbs.
- Drywall repair.
- Electrical troubleshooting.
- Other maintenance requests and issues as needed.
Complete weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance schedule.
Landscaping and curb appeal.
Assist in and complete snow removal and grounds care as needed.
Snow removal as needed.
SAFETY & TENANT SERVICEFollow company safety standards and report issues.

Qualifications:
The preferred candidate for the Maintenance Technician will have the following:
- Two or more years' experience in maintenance, operations, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
- Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
- Able to effectively multitask.
- Strong understanding of facility systems and maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior paint, appliance repair, etc.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
