Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

South Fork Property Management is currently seeking a Porter. This position completes general maintenance and cleaning throughout the property. SFPM has over 150 properties in eight states. The properties include convenience stores, offices, fuel/oil distribution facilities, and large student apartment complexes.

The President will primarily be focused on:

Facility Maintenance & Repairs Patch drywall, prep area, and paint over repairs.

Replace light bulbs.

Replace any damaged flooring.

Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Wash windows and sweep common areas.

Vacuum common area floors and complete floor maintenance.

Remove common area trash, ensure trash dump area is clean and grounds are free from debris.

Safety & Equipment Support Follow company safety standards and report issues.

Clean Soda Machine Pop heads, change out empty soda, change out carbonation when needed.

Work with office manager to order more soda when needed.

The preferred candidate for the President will have the following:

Experience in maintenance, operations, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations

Able to effectively multitask.

Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
