About Us
Since being founded in 2014 Tyson Daniels, along with his wife Angela own 9 Grease Monkey Stores in Eastern Idaho. Also, Tyson is owner with a prior employee of 5 stores in Colorado 1 Wyoming as well as with a previous customer he has opened 5 stores (2 in Utah and 3 in Nevada). Our goal is to have 50 total stores within the next 10 years across all divisions.

We are a thriving automotive shop renowned for our commitment to exceptional customer service and quality repairs. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead us to even greater success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of multiple shop's operations, including sales, services, and administration
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and other staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
- Manage inventory and budgets
- Track and analyze key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within an automotive shop
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue and profitability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in automotive repair principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
