Maintenance Technician - Swing Shift

Challenger Pallet is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full‑time. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly so we can continue delivering top‑quality service.

While experience in mechanical work and welding is a plus, it's not a requirement. We value hands‑on experience and a strong willingness to learn, and we provide onsite training to help you succeed in your role.

Swing Shift position working Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery, including motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to improve equipment efficiency.

• Preferred: 2+ years of mechanical experience (but not required)
• Familiarity with motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors is an advantage.
• Experience with welding is beneficial.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• A team player with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Starting pay: $21 - $25 per hour
