Welder Entry Level

Compensation

$23.90/hr plus $2/hr shift differential.

Available shifts: 3rd shift Sunday‑Thursday, 11:00p.m. – 7:00a.m.;
Tuesday‑Friday, 8:00p.m. – 6:00a.m.

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
• Read basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Inspect welds and ensure product quality.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools.
• Interest in welding or fabrication work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior welding experience required – training provided.
