The 3M Valley plant is located just ten miles west of Omaha, NE. As a Temporary Manufacturing Associate, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products delivered on time.
• Work effectively within a production work team and collaborate with other teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Operate assigned equipment safely, efficiently, and maintain a neat work area.
• Operate processes according to procedures.
• Inspect and package product according to standards.
• Use computers to run process operation.
• Monitor other operations and work cooperatively with others.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications may be required to take and pass 3M-selected testing as part of the selection process.

Competitive Salary:
The starting rate of pay for this position is $18.25/hour. This targeted starting salary represents a good faith estimate and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
