Responsibilities
  • Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
  • Provide guidance to drive high-performance results in a fast-paced, solutions-focused sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
  • Act as a mentor for the Assistant General Manager. Complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
  • Motivate your team to deliver excellent guest interactions and consistently strive to exceed objectives.
  • Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
  • Work through teams to teach, coach and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
  • Attract and retain top-caliber employees; be a brand advocate for Victra.
  • Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
  • Engage in sales strategy development to ensure products and services are effectively showcased at the store.
  • Ensure store employees meet defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
  • Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives; maintain store performance including retail inventory compliance.
  • Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
  • Identify innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base.
  • Own guest escalations and provide timely resolutions; clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members with timely follow-up.
  • Stay up to date with new promotions and ensure guests receive a complete solution to meet current and future needs.

Compensation Details

Pay will include a base rate of $15.50 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

What We Are Looking For

You thrive in a sales environment and enjoy developing and motivating a team. You set high goals, motivate others to reach them, are open to new ideas, relate well to a variety of people, and focus on helping others perform at their best. You know you have succeeded when your team is delivering.

You Will Need To Have
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
  • Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team
  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical and Training Requirements
  • Ability to lift ten pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Attend and complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) within 2 weeks of start date and a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) within 30 days of NHU
  • Various online and computer-based trainings throughout employment
