As a Deli Clerk at Broulim’s, you will be the face of our deli department, delivering top‑notch service and providing customers with a diverse selection of high‑quality deli products. You will slice meats and cheeses, assemble deli trays, and maintain a clean and organized counter.

• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Slice, weigh, and package deli meats and cheeses to customer specifications.
• Create and assemble deli trays and platters for special orders, events, and catering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli counter area, including regular sanitization of equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and stock deli products, rotating inventory to ensure freshness.
• Operate deli department equipment such as slicers and scales, following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive working environment.

• Previous experience in a deli or customer service role (optional).
• Knowledge of basic deli products and preparation techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer‑focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Minimum age 16 to operate fryers/oven, 18 to operate slicer.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
