Responsibilities- Manage department inventory, pricing, merchandising, labor, and safety rules.
- Order products and supplies and schedule work to maximize sales and gross profit.
- Ensure new department employees receive proper training and safety instruction on all equipment in the Deli‑Bakery and provide proper supervision.
- Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation of merchandise, and building of displays.
- Ensure all employees meet safety standards for operation and adhere to strict standards of sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene.
