General Merchandise Team Associate

Overview

Job Overview:
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer s wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

• Greet customers and offer assistance based on customer needs.
• Recommend merchandise and help customers find items.
• Maintain and organize displays, particularly Hobbies & Home Improvement sections.
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting if required.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
