• Engage with local business leaders over phone, email, and other communication channels to advance marketplace trust.
• Conduct meaningful conversations with business owners and key stakeholders to understand customer challenges and present the value of BBB accreditation.
• Conduct routine discovery and qualifying sales inquiries to drive growth of new accredited businesses.
• Ask probing questions, overcome objections, and manage rejection effectively.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and facilitate onboarding, including collection of membership fees.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals, demonstrating strong work ethic and tenacity.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet daily goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in service sales or a volunteer position.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Motivation, high energy, and a tenacious work ethic.
