We are seeking motivated, competitive, and outgoing individuals to join our Sales team for Summer 2026 in the Boise, Idaho area.

This role involves face-to-face, door-to-door marketing, representing nationally recognized brands and connecting directly with homeowners.

This position is designed for individuals who are starting out in their careers, or looking to get into sales but do not have the experience. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to master their communication skills while also learning how to deal with rejection and discipline.

By putting yourself in a performance-based environment, you will look to significantly increase your income while developing valuable sales and communication skills.
No prior sales experience is required — paid training is provided.

• Generate and Close Your Own Leads
• Learn Basic and Advanced Sales & Communication skills through our training platform
• Professionally represent partnered brands and marketing campaigns
• Educate customers on products and services in a clear, confident manner
• Track daily activity and performance metrics
  
  Work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in the field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

The average rep makes between $50,000 - $150,000 in a summer,
with top performers earning upwards of $200,000.

The more you sell, the higher your commission percentage earnings!
