About the RoleSales Director based in the EMEA region – responsible for continued expansion in Europe by driving new customer acquisition. A strategic role requiring deep understanding of the crypto market landscape, strong sales skills, and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Who You AreWe’re looking for a salesperson with a deep passion for the crypto, payments, and financial services industries, coupled with a track record of overachieving sales targets and building successful go-to-market strategies.
Minimum Qualifications- 5 to 7+ years of over achievement in an institutional sales role, with a strong focus on crypto and web3, payments, and/or financial services
- A hunter mentality – you do not wait for leads to come in. You actively go after them, research your targets, and find ways to connect.
- Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
- A deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem in Europe, and how the current market is shaping up for emerging use cases across the financial services and payments verticals.
- Experience with complex, technology-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
- Strong pre-existing network within the crypto, payments, and financial institution verticals in the region.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with crypto wallet & custody solutions.
- Fluency in one or more EMEA languages is a plus.
