A leading provider of engineered industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow its industrial business across the Western United States. The company delivers custom systems including membrane, filtration, ion exchange, water reuse, controls, and mobile treatment solutions. This is a remote, territory‑based role.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the industrial sector while maintaining key customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Grow regional industrial sales while maintaining key customer relationships
  • Deliver annual revenue and margin targets
  • Identify capital project and mobile rental opportunities
  • Lead complex bid and proposal efforts in partnership with engineering
  • Manage pricing, contract reviews, and deal negotiations
  • Build relationships with consulting engineers, EPCs, partners, and end users
  • Influence project specifications and track competitive activity
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Ensure smooth project handover to engineering and operations
  • Travel requirement: up to 50%
Qualifications
  • Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for proposals and presentations
  • Proficient in standard business software (CRM, spreadsheets, word processing)
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience selling engineered water treatment systems
  • Proven success selling capital projects
  • Background selling into industries such as:
  • Chemical / petrochemical
  • Experience selling complete process systems (membrane, filtration, separation), not individual components
  • Strong understanding of EPC, end‑user, and bid‑driven sales environments
Pay range and compensation package
