GIS Field Services, Inc is seeking reliable Independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in Idaho. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will enjoy a flexible schedule, with part-time or full-time hours based on your availability. Earnings can be typically $20+/hour depending on your inspection volume.
This position requires a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and strong attention to detail. There are no licensing requirements. You'll work independently in your assigned territory, inspecting properties to determine occupancy statuses and document property conditions.
