Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers with their projects. The role follows a three-level training certification process that can be completed in 5-7 months. The training program provides foundational learning about our business, industry, products, services, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and deliver the required projects.
- Act as an expert with the MIS, entering orders quickly and correctly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients or customers.
- Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online chat to introduce products or services and close sales.
- Help develop and implement account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability from existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with site surveys.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and become an expert in the ordering platform in use.
- Ability to solve problems and be solutions-oriented.
- Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of computer software, especially CRM systems and sales software.
- Professional customer service demeanor.
- Very reliable with good work ethic and excellent attendance record.
- Highly responsive to customer needs.
- Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
- Motivation to grow a career with our organization.
- Obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Can-do attitude – willingness to be taught and learn new things.
- Communication with supervisors, peers, or subordinates by telephone, email, or in person.
- Team playing with sales team and company locations.
Onsite – Full Time position. Hourly plus bonus program paid out monthly when sales levels are achieved.
Hours:
8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
