  02:00 AM - 10:00 AM Fri
  02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, while communicating with staff and public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity, note unusual conditions, and report security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, waiting areas, and other assigned locations to help manage access, provide directions, and support an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports, and share relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.

• 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security‑related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
