What You'll Do: As a core member of our team, you will be the go‑to expert for ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and welcoming. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks, including:

• Performing routine and scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple properties.
• Conducting regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Experience: A minimum of two years in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or a related field. A certification in building maintenance is a major plus.
