** Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and control equipment within industrial environment.

Duties & Responsibilities **
* ** Troubleshooting:
** Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in high-speed production machinery and automated systems to minimize costly operational downtime.
* ** Preventative Maintenance:
** Conduct routine inspections, test equipment, and replace worn components before failures occur.
* ** System Installation:
** Lay out circuits, route conduit, and install electrical cabinets, switch gear, and transformers.
* ** Automation & PLCs:
** Interpret Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) that regulate automated factory equipment.
* ** Blueprint Interpretation:
** Read and update complex electrical blueprints, technical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
* ** Safety & Code Compliance:
** Ensure all installations adhere rigidly to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA workplace safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications **
* ** Technical Mastery:
** In-depth understanding of high-voltage systems (e.g., 480

VAC), three-phase circuits, and digital/analog instrumentation.
* ** Tool Proficiency:
** Skilled in using diagnostic gear like multimeters, voltmeters, and ammeters, alongside heavy tools like conduit benders.
* ** Analytical Problem-Solving:
** The capability to logic-test systems under stress to isolate root causes of complex electrical failures.
* ** Physical Stamina:
** Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate safely in loud, hot, or confined industrial spaces.
