• Provide skill building and service delivery as outlined in individual treatment plans, supporting clients in work, school, family, community, and other mental health related goals.
• Assist clients in gaining or utilizing skills needed for school, employment, and independence; intervene in social skills training/interpersonal behavior.
• Help clients access necessary services and develop skills for community integration and crisis prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation for service delivery, treatment reviews, and staffing requirements in accordance with Magellan of Idaho/payer sources.
• Use a laptop or other device capable of running web‑based applications for documentation while working in the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the program and company.

• Ability to work with a diverse population.
• Timely completion of mandated paperwork and maintenance of productivity standards.
• Completion of all required training.
• Flexibility and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Assessment of clients, crisis intervention, individual and family services.
• Maintain HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries.

• Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university or college (Social Work not required but applicable).
• Successful criminal background check conducted by the Department of Human Services.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
