Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager
Primary Behavioral Health Services is a new outpatient behavioral health agency serving our growing number of Idaho residents with a single vision: to provide compassionate, accepting, respectful, empowering, and sincere care through every step we take together. Our goal is to offer high‑quality outpatient behavioral health care that promotes independence, empowerment, and support.

Schedule:
Part‑time, Self‑determined with flexible hours
Salary: $23.00 per hour

- Provide skill building and service delivery as outlined in individual treatment plans, supporting clients in work, school, family, community, and other mental health related goals.
- Assist clients in gaining or utilizing skills needed for school, employment, and independence; intervene in social skills training/interpersonal behavior.
- Help clients access necessary services and develop skills for community integration and crisis prevention.
- Maintain accurate documentation for service delivery, treatment reviews, and staffing requirements in accordance with Magellan of Idaho/payer sources.
- Use a laptop or other device capable of running web‑based applications for documentation while working in the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the program and company.
- Ability to work with a diverse population.
- Timely completion of mandated paperwork and maintenance of productivity standards.
- Completion of all required training.
- Flexibility and ability to manage changing priorities.
- Assessment of clients, crisis intervention, individual and family services.
- Maintain HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries.
- Open to professional growth.
- Commitment to providing the best care possible.
- Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university or college (Social Work not required but applicable).
- Successful criminal background check conducted by the Department of Human Services.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
- Self‑determined schedule with flexible hours.
