Job Title

The town hall is looking for an extracurricular animator, for Wednesdays and school holidays. Under the authority of the director of the youth and leisure department, the animator will be involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the project of the structure. He or she will propose animation projects by varying educational activities that respond to the needs of the children and that will be in line with the objectives of the project of the structure.

His or her role will be to promote exchanges, social cohesion, creativity, expression, and to participate in the fulfillment and development of the child. Constantly, he or she will have to ensure the safety of the child for whom he or she will be responsible by applying an adapted pedagogy.

- Welcomes a group of children, young people;

- Designs, proposes and implements animation and leisure activities within the framework of the educational project of the service or equipment.

- Technical activities:

- Participation in the development of the pedagogical project;

- Animation of activities and accompaniment of the publics welcomed.

- Specific activities:

- Management of a reception area and a budget to adapt;

- Animation in the framework of transplanted classes;

- Implementation of school support;

- Organization of multimedia activities;

- Development of reception and activities of youth information and professional insertion help.

- KNOW-HOW:

- Participation in the development of the pedagogical project;

- Analyze the needs and characteristics of the publics welcomed;

- Develop and implement the pedagogical projects of the reception structure;

- Build and develop a cooperative project approach;

- Take into account sustainable development in the development of the pedagogical project;

- Animation of activities and accompaniment of the publics welcomed;

- Supervise leisure activities and adapt them to different audiences;

- Design sessions by adapting animation supports in line with the pedagogical project;

- Plan animation times while respecting the rhythms of the publics;

- Develop and follow the budget related to the activities;

- Respect the abilities, expression, and creativity of the individual;

- Listen and know how to dialogue with the public;

- Impart and animate the group dynamic;

- Shape and facilitate the project of the youth group;

- Adapt to the social and cultural diversity of young people;

- Identify young people in difficulty and report the situation to the structure manager;

- Sensitize children and young people to respect the environment.
